How do I send you a prescription?
E-prescribe straight from your EHR. Where New York's e-prescribing rules allow an exception, phone and fax still work.
How fast will my patient have their medication?
Most preparations are compounded and ready for delivery within 24 hours. Across the New York metro, pharmacy couriers deliver as fast as same day; everywhere else, we ship overnight within our licensed states. Your rep will tell you which your patient gets before you write the first script.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded preparations are prepared pursuant to a prescription for an individually identified patient. They are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.
What happens after I send a script?
We compound it and get it to your patient by courier or overnight shipping. Pricing is confirmed in writing up front. If a question comes up on formulation, insurance, or timing, your rep or a pharmacist reaches your office directly.
How will you communicate with my patients?
About their prescription. Once you send a script, our pharmacists handle counseling, delivery updates, and the refills you've authorized — so your patient stays on track and you stay the clinical decision-maker.
